"Just glad to be back with State Farm. I was a customer for 18 years and do to an address change and rate increase, I was forced to go with progressive. After a year Jaylyn contacted me out of the blue, informing me of new rates. She, Jon Clark and his staff was able to get me a better rate with a very low deductible on all 3 vehicles. They also offered a much lower rate once we switch our home insurance over to them as well."

He didn’t call me repeatedly or push for me to speak on the phone. He texted me and sat everything up. I told him when I was switching and we scheduled a time for a phone call.
